Trade Show Representation
A stand is not a strategy.
Every year, thousands of exhibitors spend heavily to stand in a hall and wait. We take a different view: a trade fair is a concentrated window in which a defined group of buyers can be met, briefed and followed up – and everything before and after the show determines whether that happens.
RECO represents individual brands, groups of producers, regions and national pavilions at the fairs that matter in food, drink and travel.
WHERE WE WORK
Anuga · SIAL · ProWein · IFE · Fine Food Australia · Gulfood · HKTDC Food Expo · World Travel Market · ITB Berlin · Adventure Travel World Summit
WHAT WE DO
— Fair selection and objective-setting, with realistic cost-to-outcome modelling
— Pre-show buyer targeting and pre-scheduled buyer meetings
— Stand concept, design coordination and build management
— Multilingual stand staff, briefed on your category
— Sampling, tasting and masterclass programming
— Trade press and buyer-media liaison on site
— Post-show lead qualification, follow-up and reporting
COLLECTIVE AND PAVILION WORK
We manage grouped participation for regional authorities, export bodies and producer clusters – handling the exhibitor administration, the shared narrative and the buyer programme, so that a pavilion reads as one proposition rather than a row of neighbours.
